Photo Selection Policy

After your session, your photos are delivered by Google Drive in a few simple steps:

1. Your proofing email. 5–7 business days after your session, you’ll receive an email from [email protected] with a link to your online proofing gallery. Step-by-step instructions in the email will guide you through signing in and selecting your photos.

2. Extra images. Love more than your package includes? Keep selecting the additional images you’d like. Extras are $10 each, with $20 off every 10. After we review your selections, we’ll send you a payment link for the extras. You can also purchase the entire gallery at $1 per image, delivered as is without the watermark (whole gallery only); your package selections are still fully hand edited and delivered at the same time.

3. Confirm your selections. When you’re done, email [email protected] to confirm your selections and be added to the editing list. There’s no submit button inside the gallery.

Please don’t rush: you have 3 months from the day your proofing gallery is delivered. Once you’re on the editing list, all image decisions are final, and no selection changes or additional photos can be added.

4. Your final photos. Your completed photos arrive 14 business days after you confirm your final selections (if you add extra images or advanced edits, the editing window starts when we receive payment for them).

All Portrait Package clients have free use and printing rights to every completed image delivered in their Google Drive folder. It’s included with every portrait package as our way of saying “thank you” for choosing Pine & Palm Productions. Feel free to print back home with any local or third-party printer.

You can also print directly through Pine & Palm Productions. We print through a third-party fine art printer based in LA, and every print ships to your door in a strong, protective wooden case made for transporting artwork. You can rest assured that any print ordered through Pine & Palm will arrive free of defects and at the highest quality possible.

As a portrait client of Pine & Palm Productions LLC, you understand and agree that we may use all images taken during your session for our marketing and social media. Pine & Palm Productions LLC will never sell or license your images to any third party without your explicit consent. If you have any concerns or requests about how we use your photos, just let us know in your consultation emails, and we’ll happily adjust how we use your images so you feel comfortable.
